Why do we process your details?

Your personal details are processed for automatic scheduling. This function is only used if you or your employer has enabled it.

We process your data on the grounds of General Interest & Implementation of Agreement.

How long do we store your personal details?

We store your data for the entire time your account exists. You can delete your account and data yourself, or ask your employer. If you delete your account, all your data will also be deleted. If you no longer work for an employer, it is your employer's responsibility to delete your data.

Who do we share your personal data with?

Your data can be viewed and modified by your employer. If you are an employer, only you can view and modify your data. We do not share your data with third parties, unless this is required by law.

Your data is stored in a secure database. All our public websites also use HTTPS to protect your login details.
